Thanks for purchasing our digital products (or subscribing to our services) at NOTORIUS LLC.
You can request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase. After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
Frequent situations
1. To be eligible for a refund on one of our digital products, your progress should not be over 20% for that course, ebook, or subscription.
You are not able to complete the entire course and then request a refund after a few months.
You are not eligible for a refund if you progress more than 20% from one of our digital products. We are sure that you will have enough content and information to make a decision if you want to keep the product or not.
We cannot process a refund for someone who makes the progress of more than 20% with one of our digital products because we would basically offer our digital products for free.
Our team can easily access the progress made by a member of any digital product we are selling.
2. You might be eligible for just a 10-day refund, only if you purchased a digital product through an affiliate link from someone who's registered in our affiliate program.
That's because we pay our affiliates every month, so we can't pay a full affiliate commission to one of our affiliates if the person they redirected to us requests a refund.
In most cases, you won't have anything to do with the 2nd situation. This only applies if a friend or someone you know recommends you one of our digital products and you purchase something through their link.
